Nice snakes Dan!

Cole has mentioned to me that you have a nice group of hogs. I can't wait to see some more. I will try and get some pics of my hogs posted as soon as I get them awake and warmed up.

Take Care

Cole says you have a pretty nice hognose collection as well. What localities, and morphs do you have? I'll get more pics up tomarrow.

Thanks,
D.E.

Hi Dan,

The core of my group started with a female that was caught in the Glendive area, I've added a few more snakes from the Yellowstone Valley area over the past few years. Some of my others:

1.3 Double het Hypo/Pink Pastel (should be first year for eggs)
1.0 Albino
0.3 het Albino
1.1 Cascade County
2.1 what Cole has named Missouri River Local

I'm sure you can tell me more about the last two locals on the list.

If all goes well I should get a pretty nice bunch of eggs this season, maybe we can get together and do some trading a little later in the summer.

Take Care

Rich

I'm just guessing that you got the pair I caught in 06 here in cascade County. Did you get my old super light green Missouri river female? If you did, I'd love to get some of her babies this year if she lays for you. Hell ya, doing some trading would be great!

Thanks,
D.E.

Those are the snakes. I wasn't sure when you had found them, the Cascades must have been hatchlings. The male is big enough to breed this year but the female will have to wait until next. If all goes well I should get some eggs out of the Missouri River female. She is still a little on the small size. Any ideas on her age? I shouldn't have to work on Thurs. so I will try and get some pictures of her posted.

So what are you going to produce this year besides those cool Mexicans?

Take Care

Rich

That Missouri River female was caught as a hatchling in 2004. Does she still have a tint of pink in her sides? Those Cascades were super tiny hatchlings when I caught them. I caught the female 1st and the funny thing is when I picked her up she puked up a beetle, then when I caught the male he pooped on me and there was a beetle shell in the crap. I thought it was pretty weird that they were eating beetles.

Other then some Mexicans I should have some nice normals, yellows, red albinos & hets.

I also have MT animals from Cascade, & Prarie counties that hopefully will breed next year.

Yeah, that Star Co. female has a beautiful pattern. Can't wait to see pics of the other hogs in your collection.

Those are very nice snakes.

Like everyone else, I really like the Starr county snakes. Starr county, BTW, does have two Rs.

I had a big female from Starr County a few years back, but she died eggbound one year.
