i am a new hobbiest breeder and would like to know where i can apply for my licence to sell. i found a website that showed the rules but didnt have a link to where i can get it.

i know his company is reptile industries and i have tried to look him and his company up but couldn't find his site.

Check with your local government. Every city has different regulations and licences. I moved from a city with no regulations to one that requires 3 differnt licences and bi-annual inspections. If a website tells you how to get your licence then chances are they are wrong anyways unless you are in the same city.

i am in orlando florida, thanks i had no idea that my city might require a seperate licence other then the one for the state of florida.
