Other ways to find a herp vet is to see which one other's use. Contact your local zoo, pet store, herp society, or anyone else with the need, to see who they recommend. Even asking a regular dog and cat vet might see you refered to someone more experienced in reptiles.
Lastly, you can also contact your nearest veterinary college, vet tech college, or your state/province veterinary medical association.
