Anyone have any new info on this bill? I cant find anything on the clendar or hearings list? Just that it was read for a second time. Thanks Clark

Nothing new has happened as of yet. I have been told by reliable sources within the legislature that it will most likely not go through due to party affiliations with the bill. I hope that remains the case.

We too have be told the bill is effectively dead as it is written. However, we were also told the door has not entirely been closed on revising/rewriting the bill.
