Super Tiger Sunfire Het Albino "Hypo?"

prehistoricpets Feb 11, 2008 06:30 PM

I was taking a look at this snake and thought, man this name does not fit the description. If you look closely, this snake is actually a purple-NOT BLACK! The three genes combined have created a textbook hypo, Super Tiger! I'm not sure if the albino trait in there is making this weird combination, or just tweaking it. It seems like the other pictures i've seen don't look hypo. This would explain why the albino sunfire, super tiger is patternless.

The front half is blackish/purple, and the second half is purplish. We hope that the super sunfire, super tiger may wind up being a lighter blue.

We have regular super sunfires in the incubator, it will be interesting to see if they come out so hypo. It seems like calling them super tiger sunfires, isn't a very good description. We are looking forward to seeing what the super tiger, super sunfires look like! It seems to me like they are going to be a yellow and purple snake???

Zoom in on the photo, and tell us what you think? Does this snake fit the hypo name?
