What do you think of this?

boaphile Feb 12, 2008 02:33 PM

I hadn't posted any pictures of this girl other than as a little baby but thought I would post this one and a video just for fun. What do you make of this anyhow?

Click either image to view the video. This is an Anerythristic with really black sides. She wasn't like this as a baby though. In fact, this is what she looked like as a baby:

Click either image to view the video. This change has happened gradually and gotten much more pronounced after reaching the 5' range. She is still a bit less than 6' but really chubby full of what are hopefully Ghost and Anerythristic babies, some of which may be aberrant like their Mommy.

What do you think?

So that's an aberrancy? Looks a lot like the Jungle gene does to the saddles sometimes. Interesting.

Perty neat at any rate. Hope you get some of what you're hoping to see. Gotta be at least a couple nice ones.

I can't believe how black she ended up getting. I hope she proves genetic for you, I would love to see a Ghost like her.
I know you wont sell her back so maybe I can get a copy back here, lol. I have to go kick myself again for selling her. Best of luck with her litter Jeff.

Is this one related to your big wc female you produced ghosts, dh's, and anerys from back around 00' or 01'???? I picked up the dh from that litter from Alex, and later picked up a het anery from your line(supposed to have been the same litter which is why I wanted her) as well. The dh passed away FULL of babies, but the het anery threw out some very nice babies and some had some abberancies as well. Well, just curious, thanks!

Hey Paul,
No this Anery was wild caught also and unrelated to anything.

Sorry to hear the DH passed away, she was a sister to my Paradox Ghost. The original male DH Father came from Tip Powers. Alex got a pair of females and I have a DH from that 01 litter breeding my Motley now, 6 years old and finally her first breeding. All the normal hets were bought by Russ Lockenwitz so if the het came from him they are from that line. Hope that helps.

I would love to see some pics of the litter in a new post if you have any.

But I don't know how to do it. I just posted a pic with a link attached to it. I still don't know how to imbed a link though apparently you figured it out. Now, how about you tell us how you did it.

I know I need to copy and paste the link found in youtube. But it must need to be placed into some HTML code of some sort in order to work here. How did you do it Andy?

there are four boxes at the bottom: "link url" "link title" "image url" and last but not least "youtube id or url".

Put the link to the youtube video in the youtube box and it should come up.

Oh if I could only read...

Thanks Mr. Ryan Top Notch! Your Top Notch in my book even if you point out the fact that I in fact remain functionally illiterate.

By the way... I have one of the Boas in the video posted gravid and another that is just about to ovulate as well! I am excited to see what happens.

Thanks again Ryan!
