I saw this TropicAire Humidifier and Air Exchanger on reptilesupply.com. Does anyone know if it really works? Or will I be better off getting a humidifier? What kind shold I get, if so?

Yes... they work well... I'm using one with a 100 gallon rated pump attached to it and my humidity levels stay at or around 90%... worry free comfort of knowing your cages/enclosures are kept humid but not soaking wet. My only complaint is that the fill opening on the top also has the hoses coming out of it... you can make your own for a little less money if you are mechanically inclinded ( easy parts list... container, air tubing, air rock basically... ) they have a sponge hanging from the top... it's supposed to help with the moisture... not sure if it'd make a difference...
I had one and it worked fine for my old dart frog setup. Also used an ultrasonic humidifier with some pcv for an emerald that worked too. Either way you go you should be ok.
