Those animals are great! I never overlook a post with coastals in it.

Great looking snakes Tone and the secret to having fewer is to keep just one....but that's no fun.
#3 is a spectacular looking little guy or gal!

Yes! Number 3 went to user cn013 here on the forum. That snake should have been a keeper but Chris was on a waiting list for two years. You just gotta reward determination and loyalty!

Here are some... I'll actually post up a comparative of the male w/ the female -- he's growing by leaps and bounds! Also the het female is a knockout! After the cold front passes us here in FL I'll snag a couple just for an update. Just so you know it's beyond appreciated! Again thanks for all the mesmerizing, well-started animals!!

Yep. The male was quite special. Really interested in seeing how he matures.

Hey Tony,
If you ever decide to get rid of that St. Marys female that you got from James, which came from Mike Wauhop, via Brad McKowen, LOL!!, give me a call. I have the male that it was paired with, along with some of their '06 and '07 offspring. Unfortionately I don't have any adult St. Marys females to pair him with now. Nice looking hypos.

I plan to outcross the hypo into her this spring to sure up my classic line. You're more than welcome to her after that. She's one fat snake!

Jeff Schofield Feb 17, 2008 08:20 PM

Tony, you are doing all these locale crosses....if you arent even gonna keep a few why bother? Its already getting to the point where there may be more locale crosses than pure locales.....and not enough people know the difference by sight anymore either. Jeff

Tony D Feb 18, 2008 01:40 PM

Aren't you the guy with the brooks X goini crosses? Give me a break Jeff! Playing both sides of the fence is gettign old. If you want to preseve coastal localities so much get rid of everything else and do it!

Tony D Feb 18, 2008 03:06 PM

Sorry if I took that wrong. Every now and then I post before thinking!

Patton Feb 18, 2008 04:26 PM

I think your missing something here Jeff. Tony and I have met a few times and have a local circle of friends, and there is an unspoken understanding that if he ever needed that animal back, all he would have to do is say the word. This particular pair has already done it's rounds with several of the people I mentioned in my first post and we all know each other.
