We just picked up a 2.1 of beardies- left outside a vet clinic- don't know how long they'd been there but 1.0 was mostly dead- and was gone this morning. He was dreadfully skinny and had cuts and gashes in him from fighting with the bigger male...
our high today was 55... low last nite and this morning was 25-30ish....
i wish i had the $ to dust the box for prints and press charges- they were left at the back door of this clinic --- which BTW- doesn't even SEE exotics- so how they picked that clinic is beyond me.
The staff there took the trash out the back door and saw the box and went to throw it away too but i guess when they picked up the box it was heavy so they looked inside... VIOLA! Beardies....
about 8 months ago we got a beardie and a leo the same way- at the back door of a clinic that again- doesn't see exotics...
What has gotten into people?!?!?!
ugh- thats my rant for the nite!

). They think it's 'cool' and want to impress their friends, and then lose interest when they realize you need to feed and care for these things. It's sad that so many lose their lives for this purpose but these people just go out and buy more. And the cycle continues. Just some of my thoughts on this.
