Good way to put holes in tubs

Lamiellm Feb 14, 2008 10:56 AM

Well I know everyone says use a soldering gun to poke their holes in the tubs. It is quite time consuming. I have found a solution for some that havent tried it yet. I use a Dremel with the biggest drill bit I could find. Put it on the fastest speed possible and boomp boomp poke them as fast as you can. I can usually put about a hundred holes in a boot box in less then a minute. It works quite well without cracking the tubs like a regular power drill. Give it a try it really does speed things up!!

Done this myself, it does work well though sometimes it melts the plastic and clogs the drill bits if you have it at too high a speed. I have no problems with a normal drill though it is a bit slower with a regular power drill. Push to hard and the plastic can crack.
