Aquiring Acutus?

crocodylusacutus Feb 14, 2008 05:04 PM

Hey,

I was wondering if it is possible for the average croc keeper (oxymoron? haha) to aquire Acutus? I would imagine that permits and such would definitely be required, but are these animals strictly for the Zoos? I am not interested in keeping any crocs, but I was just curious.

Thanks,
-Reed

OK. I think the guy from NatureCoastExotics (forgot the guy's name again) has one(some?). I'll have to look up the U.S. laws.

Thanks,

If you go to the "meet the breeders" part on their site, on the "crocodile pictures 1" the 7th picture down is a hatchling acutus. I just assumed it was theirs.

Thanks,
