I thought you did such a good job finding someone who looks like me I just had to do the same!! 8) The only problem is Jeff how come you get the girls. Duh I remember now, the chicks love a older man that has had the best and most experience with breeding snakes and what topnotch boa's you have to back that up! You know thats the truth. YOU LUCKY DOG 8)

Or it could be when he is emerging from the deep dark boa cave after checking on his breeding minions.

This is me in 2007 holding my big 5100 gram female ball python outside of my snake den. If you look carefully you can see that she is ovulating. She laid 15 eggs last year.

The second photo is of double het sunglow coiled around a baby EBV Red Group Hypo. The third photo is the same EBV Red Group all grown up.

I hope everyone is having a great season.

boaphile Feb 16, 2008 08:34 PM
TimS Feb 17, 2008 02:19 AM

its sorta shaped like and has the same texture as your head but not as shiney nor as big and white. it was once balieved that only chickens could lay these odd things but now in recent discovery reptiles are able to produce them as well its a crazy mystery of life lol.

fgs Feb 17, 2008 02:27 AM

Jeff:

On the first day that God created snakes he thought it would be kinda cool for snakes to be born alive. Then after Eve was tempted by the serpent he punished the snake's babies by making some of them lay eggs. The process of incubation was created to complicate the egg laying snakes existance.

Hey you asked........

Thanks for the compliment.

He has been courting with my Silvera female for a few months now, but have not seen ovulation.

The first two photos is of the Silvera female as a sub adult and the third photo shows her as she looks today.

I am very excited about the possibility of producing some outstanding hypos and normals from this project.

I hope you're having a great season.

definately get my vote for the most purdy! Here I am in all of my glory. Jamming out to some Slayer and remembering back when I use to have long hair. These days, after 4 kids and being married to the same woman half of my life " something unatural about that, " it seems I can now grow a beard and back hair! Oh, well at least I can still hit good notes and shred the fretboard! Oh, how I miss the garage days of 15 yr old love slaves and cheap beer bought with our fake I.D.'s ! Now I am telling my girls to beware of guys like me! At least the old man is perfect in their eyes.

Can you stand any straighter young man?

Is this your Dad?

What's a cute chick doing with a dopey looking guy like you?! People ask that all the time when they see me with my wife or me with my girls. We are lucky guys aren't we? It never ceases to amaze me when I see some guys wives and wonder, usually to myself, "what does she see in him?" LOL

By the way Mike... that male Sharp Albino I got from you did the job! He bred a Pearlescent female and she is looking great! I included a video of her below. Thanks Mike, and try to relax a little bit!

You got me!! Actually that was my grandad, but very close though.
Yea, my wifes family said the same thing about me, and they warned hear about me numerous times to no avail...and now she lives with a house with boas in it!

I was a little tight that day. I was on my way to church and I had to look like spiffy! I hate ties and only wear them when required and try to avoid those situations all together.

Glad to hear the boas are doing well for you, should be an interesting combo!

Stay warm my friend!

One of the nearby shops on the street I work on worked out a deal with my boss to use some of the store's reptiles in an "exotic photo shoot". Since I was working that day, I went over and got some 'professional' shots for free!

Hello world, meet Twister, the store pet:

Twister is pretty much the awesomest monitor I have ever met.

And, to be on topic...my boss's big female boa. (because I don't have any this big yet!)
