Pics of my recent BRB's - Finally

run26neys Feb 15, 2008 02:17 PM

It has been a long time since I have posted pictures. Work turned super busy about the time I received these six BRB’s. I finally took a few minutes and was able to get pictures. Thankfully none of the six are in shed.

First up a female I picked up from Jeff Clark (it was 62f from Ria’s litter). She is very light and should become a stunning adult:

Next Up another female I picked up from Jeff Clark (she was 145f from Fiona’s litter) and she is gaining more and more color everyday:

Here is the lone male I picked up from Dave Colling (Savannah’s litter #9) and he has color:

A female from Dave Colling’s Betty litter (#2 from the litter). I think she will become a stunning adult:

Another female from Dave Colling – but this is from Wilma’s litter (#2 from the litter):

Last yet another female from Dave Colling’s Wilma litter (#6 from the litter) – and she is still quite feisty as she always tries to bite me. She does calm down after I handle her a bit, so hopefully she soon realizes I am not food and won’t hurt her. She is a wonderful looking BRB.

Betty 2 and Wilma 6 may be holdback quality - but I am glad to have them (as you have too many snakes....). The pics of your's are darker than they actually are. Betty 2 seems to get brighter everyday. Savannah is super dark and seems to be getting cleaner every shed. The pics of Jeff's are very accurate, and 62 should be wonderful.

Hey Mike,

The Fred/Betty/Wilma trio produced some amazing animals this last year. I am definitely keeping that trio together to make even more in 2008!!!! Your two are definite holdback quality but honestly, my second choice holdbacks. As stunning as B2 and W6 were in my place, and look in your new pics, Melanie (B4) was a notch above in color but a notch below in crescents so equal?

Pebbles (W7) is OMG, several notches above anything I've ever produced.

I do love having first pick being the breeder. I honestly think Pebbles (W7) will blow past Daisey as she matures!! And that my friend is saying a LOT!!

You do have a GREWAT start towards a top notch collection!!!! And think of the stunners those will produce!!! I've said it over and over again, babies will cluster around their parents colors, some above and some below. I do believe that as you get into the higher color ranges, more will be less than or equal to the parents and fewer will be above but who cares, with top quality breeders, you will have top quality babies.
