Fed her last night and she was just GLOWING today. I love that about these animals

Her high colored brother a few months ago

He's actually more colorful than her, always has been. He's just DEEP in shed right now (ate last night anyway though) so no new pics of him right now.
These are the only two I held back out of the 15. I feel like I made pretty good choices

Those are incredible! I love how the patterns and markings, still represent a wild quality to them. The color should be magnificent when they are about 6ft..........John

those are awesome. What type of lighting are you using to capture that color?

The only lighting I'm using is the overhead light from the fan in the room which has 4 bulbs plus ambient light coming in through the west facing window in the room. First pic was taken this morning, don't remember what time of day the second pic was taken but it was taken using flash from the camera.

Got caught up in the lighting question and forgot to answer your breeding question.

I gave her this season off even though she was showing some positive signs of being ready to go. I'll be pairing her with that nice male I have this up coming season though. DEFINITELY looking forward to seeing what they'll produce! IMO, they should produce (here's hoping!!!) more consistently patterned, and possibly even better colored and cleaner babies. The bonus for me is that it'll be a locality breeding of Essiquibo river delta animals. I don't have "collection data" other than taking the importers word but that's pretty close to what 99% of the keepers in this hobby have anyway. Only a few animals with longitude and latitude data.

Rose Jr...?? You tell me. This is Rose somewhere around 9-15 months or it may have even been as long as 2 years.

I'll really be interested to see if any of the babies develop those blue scales (that are impossible to capture and have for the most part, faded away on Rose) on the intersaddle dorsal scales.
