On behalf of Silver, we thank you!

Thank you everybody for all your ideas, advice, guidance.

Yesterday he and I discovered that he loves endive with a little bit of bok choy and cilantro. I wasn't able to find organic endive or escarole, but I will keep a watch out at my health food place--they are big on carrying mustard greens which Silver was not fond of. I will keep rotating all the greens and I think he will develop a taste for certain ones while continuing to actually enjoy the ones he already loves. And of course I will add in danelions once they are available. And other edible flowers.

I will occasionally keep trying the squashes too. Perhaps he will develop a taste for these as well! He truly prefers things that are green. He is a lizard who knows what he likes.

Thank you again for all of your help!

Peace,
Jennifer and Silverado.

Thanks so much!

Yes, he is eating well.

Now I wait and see if he nibbles on the edible flowers I got for him as a treat!

Edible flowers, can you give some examples please?
yo're talking about dandelion blossom...you mean that yellow blossom right?..i never asked about this and i want to be sure those blossoms are the right thing.
i hope your Uro is eating well, mine is on strike i guess :/
everyday she gets endive, few times per week i add mixed veggies(peas, carrot,...) but it seems she doesn't touch food at all...
most of the time she's on the cool end of enclosure not being very active
if i'm in the room doing something in her sight...she comes out being all curious and that...
and i think she likes scuba-diving :D last week i put her in warm bath...she put her head under water..i thought.."oh my, there's too much water and she can't reach the air"
i removed some of the water, so only her belly was udnerwater..and what happenes...she put her head under water again although the water level was 1 cm high, you think that's normal?
and back to eating problems...you think anything is wrong?..1 week ago i took her to a vet to clip her nails and i asked if she looks healthy. vet said she looks very healthy. she weights 121g and i think is about 20cm long (from head to tip of the tail)
Thanks, Samo
