One of my leos lost her tail not the whole tail maybe like not even a half inch ? or so...
but anyway I first picked her up to check her for anymore scratch's or wound's and she seem's healthy.
she is in a 10 gallon now by herself.
she was with 2 female leopard geckos in a 29 gallon.
im not really sure how she lost her tail ?
but now for the fun part ? making sure it does not get infected.
i tryed putting neosporum ? on her tail but her tail is kinda like gooey ? and its really not sticking .
i am going to give her extra calcuim so she can start to heal it more. is there anything else i can do ?
i have 15 leos and this is my first tail loss ..
so any advice is helpful ?

Well from what I understand, just making sure it's clean it about all you can do. The local pet stores around my house sell a cream for such a thing, but it's mostly herbal and I don't think it would really help much. Anyone else have an idea?

Yes, neosporin is good. It may not stick too well, esp. initially, but it wont hurt to get at least a little on there. You may also try SSD cream, which tends to speed up skin growth. Most likely another leo bit it, possibly by accident, mine do this often, but so far no losses (fingers crossed). Keep her clean, well fed, well hydrated, and de-stressed and she will regrow before you know it!

Just curious, I know the new tail is never the same, but how long does it take a typical tail to grow back?
