This is the first colubrid I have removed from brumation in about 4 years or so. It was nice I might ad. There was a time when I had to get over a hundred warmed up. I dont really miss that though, LOL Thanks for looking. Mike Panichi

Great looking animal Mike!

I am going to start taking my animals out of hibernation today and i am very excited to get them up and running.. I am really looking forward to this breeding season!

Just to illustrate exactly how bored this winter... I bought an albino ball python to play around with! Don't worry guys he will be sold shortly!

I like albino ball pythons. I don't have any but I think they are still a real good investment, IF you have about 4 females per male and you keep that dang "wobbly" spider gene out of them. I hate to think of the distant future when the cost is so low on these morphs people stop keeping track of lineage and that wobble gene infects every morph. Plus there are now hybrids being done so pure albino balls should have a good market if you keep track of everything. I don't think anybody can ever get rich off them again but their mass appeal is undeniable and you should always be able to sell them pretty easily.

I like the albino's too, but i just got him to play around with for a while.. i am really not interested in getting any more or breeding balls at this time.. I really like the look of the albino's and the pieds as well, but ball pythons are just not my thing.
