masters of disaster...feeding snapshots

the little mexicanas that could

first up an 07 male thayeri from Brad A. that has mastered dual and even tri constriction - he takes no chances on escaping fuzz.

then another 07, this time female mex mex from Aaron M. - she's a little more nonchalant, just a little pressure from a secondary coil to secure the second fuzz.

Great action shots. I have a few thayeri that display that enthusiasm as well.

And I see they get fancy fuzzies...they are so lucky

Thanks Maria, I can only keep so many pretty mice, and I just saw some "chocolates" in a box of all black breeders

Joe,

Great photos of some great herp moments (JOY! JOY! to the human keeper)!!! Hey, does that BA thayeri have lineage back through DV's white leonis project and beyond?

By the way, that was a great discussion a while back about that Garstka trio (nice to see some "old time" photos)...That was some good stuff. Thanks.

Later,
Jim.

I can't answer that, but it's parents are a DV MSP x Melanistic pairing, and the snake IMO is a buckskin, though a pretty light buckskin. Real pretty, and quickly becoming my favorite snake.

Thanks Jim, I'll send you an e-mail later tonight with some more info.

Joe,

The SERVER blocked your email...(I did get a NAI_Alert "error" message telling me that the file exceeded the size restrictions).

I love the SERVER and how it protects us from viruses...

Can you break it into smaller chunks?

I take it that that animal is a current resident of your humble abode? Hmmm, let's see...I have a 2005 female from DV that I believe might have melanistic genetics as well...I'll send you some more photos in a minute.

Later,
Jim.
