The number on the humidity gauge doesn't matter as much as the quality of shed. Obviously, since the snake is shedding in pieces, something isn't right. 
What substrate are you using? What are your current temperatures on the hot and cold side? What type and size of cage is she in? Do you use a UTH or a sort of radiant heat source (like a heat lamp)? What area of the country do you live in (for instance, right now I bet cold places like the mountains are quite dry)?
There's a lot more you can do, but first we need a bit more information about your setup.
A lukewarm soak usually helps with the shed. Usually works best if you put them in a tiny amount of water (less than 1/4"
in a tub of some kind with a lid, and just leave them alone for 15 minutes or so. Then you just put the snake back in its cage, and the shed should take care of itself.
