This is my male Leo... Hes awesome..... 70grams and climbing.... My question is;is he a normal? hes my first and i bought him from petco..

First, do you know how old he is? His pattern is normal, but if he keeps growing I would say he might be a giant, since he is already 70grams. That would be if he is still growing. If he is full grown, I think thats about right. Anyone else want to chim in?
He is about two, but hes not very thick.. im assuming hes gonna get a little thicker and maybe a few grams larger... hes unlike all my Leos; he is huge.. about 10in long
At 2 years you're done growing, so it might be an albino strain given the striping, but a better picture would be in order.
10" is not out of the normal realm for a male gecko. These days "giant" is a specific set of genetic traits (most of which I don't understand, "back in my day" size was the only factor) but make the gecko appear "stretched out" and there are a few other things to look for. For instance, my girl is almost 10" herself, which is shocking, but since she lacks the traits now defined as "giant" she is just a big girl... a really big girl.
A better picture is in order, but his colors should be set at 2 years as well as his body shape. What you have now is what you will always have, plus or minus fattening up.
Here is my albino girl for reference:

Im sure hes a normal cause i have other males at about 65, but hes a bit longer and his head is really pronounced. My question is his pattern that of a normal, snow or somthing else.. do you think he would be a good male to breed to other snows and blizzards..
Much better pic- that looks to be a normal, even "wild type" pattern on that guy. Are for genetics and breeding, I defer and refer to the vast array of materials elsewhere on the net.

Looks more like patterns I've seen in albinos than wild normals. Anybody want to vote chocolate? No color reference in the picture, so who knows?
As for breeding, unless you know what you male is, we can't help you predict the babies you'd get from different pairings. The only way to know his genetics for sure would be to breed him with a female of known genetics... but you are better off just enjoying the geckos you have and not worrying about more little ones.
