First time I ordered from them, and most likely the last. Does anybody elses order take two days to get shipped then take another 2-3 to get to your house. Never ordered from a place like this. Most places you order before 3pm they ship that day for next day delivery. Do they offer choices with delivery. I just paid the price they gave with shipping. I assumed it was next day or at least 2 day shipping. What kinda of shipping do they use for there advertised price of 15.50 for 1000??

I order from Wormman. I too have been thinking of other sources. Wormman only ships out on Monday and Tuesday and usually e-mails me after it is shipped out. They use USPS Priority Mail with their shipped price. You can upgrade it to next or express I believe. On the bright side, all of the crickets I have received have been alive. The only thing I don't like is that they don't tell you ahead of time if they're out of crickets for the week so you might end up with no cricket for one week.

Where do you normally order from? Is there any place where I can order 2000 and get 2 different sizes? I'm looking for like 3/4 and 1/4.

I usaully order from reptilefood.com. They always ship on time always. If some are dead they refund with no problem next day. Yes, you can order those sizes there. Wish I didn't switch. Been waiting 3 days for these damn crickets and just got a reply today to expect them in 2-3 days. Crappy service if you ask me.

i jsut ordered from them the second time. much better than the time i ordered from lllreptile and all of 50 crix were alive when they got here. the problem with wormman is just that they only ship early in the week. i placed my order friday i think, so they processed it monday and shipped tuesday, so ill get it thursday or friday. i wish they gave a tracking number, im obsessive like that
i can only compare them to lllreptile, but aside from the time it took, i was happy enough with them to order from them again. all the crix were alive, the correct size, and the prices are good.

I do not like their slow service. I've tried calling and emailing with no response (this was a couple years ago). Two weeks ago, I asked a simple question about compost worms, and still haven't gotten a response.

I always order from armstrongcrickets.com. Never had bad service. Monday at 3:30 I placed an order, and it came Tuesday morning (I always specify next day). Also, they've replaced shipments with no hassles, when the air carrier was at fault. Now that's service! Also, good clean crickets means clean fecals for my lizards for the past 3 years. I raise my own meal/super worms, but have ordered from them as well, and was pleased with the quantity.

I have ordered from wormman before...it took 4 days to ship! Can you believe that? Cricket ranch has very fast service, and the most crickets I have had dead was one. Only thing is...every time I order from them, I usually find a little furry caterpillar like thing with legs crawling around.I think it might be those bugs though that they add to keep it clean. It doesnt bother them though, I just take them out when I see them. I've ordered mealworms and crickets from them..and I plan on ordering silkworms...did I say they have good prices? try it!
