Ahh, the anticipation is tuff. I have been keeping boas for years, and after attaining and reading countless hours of breeding material, I jumped into this year with a few different pairs. I currently have three gravid girls, one that is due today. This is stressful but fun. I have a big girl who is het anery who is due today. The sire is an awesome Triple het male(hypo, het anery/albino). How cool would it be if the girl turned out het albino?? This girl has done everything by the book since her POS. This will be my first litter ever produced and I'm excited. The waxy stool I believed was passed 4 days ago and I thought it would be a day or two(probably shouldn't have read the JRonne article 3000 times)lol. Today in the northeast we had a big storm so there goes the hours spent reading about barometric pressure and litters dropping during a storm.
This girl has tucked under the paper for the past two weeks instead of on it. She really hasn't roamed the enclosure looking for a place, still stays pretty much coiled up on top of herself.
Oh well, I'll definately post pics of the litter, hopefully no slugs and nothing but healthy ghosts, anerys, hypos and hets.
Thanks for reading,
Ralph
