i need help. my bearded dragon seems to just sit there with his mouth open alot during the day. like today i fed him maybe...31 crickets (his usual is 23) and then he wouldnt eat his squash, Dandelion greens or Peas and lima beans. i dont know whats wrong... he is a little over a foot and in a 20 gallon long tank, i am saving up for his 55 gallon tank, he will have one soon.

but back to the open mouth and non vegie eating...HELP ME!!! could he have Coccida or wut ever it is called? or might it be Vitamin A poisoning?

when is he doing this? is he basking? have you checked your temps? how old is he? peas and lima beans should be given sparingly, the dandelion is great, but add colards, endive, escarole, things like that, give more info on your set up and what his behaviour is like? is he going to the bathroom? do you dust your crickets? uvb lighting? all info you can offer will help im sure

well, i use a 75 watt UVB bulb and I dust his veggies every other feeding. should i use a 100 watt or 110 watt bulb for him?

If he is doing this while NOT basking, a respiratory infection is big possibility..
