I feed my dragons 3 types of roaches, along with small mealworms and greens.
The roaches I feed are Blaberus Discoids (false death head), Dubia (orange spot), and Blaberus Fusca. I have colonies of each so they are my staple.

i was thinkin about bag or jar food, rais'n bugs is harder than rais'n dragons, ive got supers pupated and mealies just started hatchingl. and a friend gave me a starter culture of orange spot roaches but my rodent room recently got in the 40s and the roach culture crashed i believe?
btw that is the reddest dragon in your pic ,what do they call that color morph?

Overall, I don't like using processed food. I am all about organic greens and I don't like buying store raised insects. I want to have the most control I can over the health of my dragons.
Thanks, the dragon in the picture is just a red/orange. The specific cross is something like Red Het Pastel X Orange German Giant/Red/Red Yellow, I think. I have the genetics written down for bloodline recording, but I don't like to give fancy names to dragons that are simply red, orange or yellow.
