Incubator question

TBONE21 Feb 26, 2008 06:35 AM

I was thinking about usisng and old beer meiser that my parents have that broke. I was thinking about putting in a small heater in it just to keep it at the right temp and use containers and open them every so often for fresh air. This will be used for leopard geckos and possibily start bearded dragons? Any better ideas of how this can be done please lay down the opinion.

Thats kind of like my set up. I am assuming that the beer meiser is a small fridge for a keg but with a tap on top right?

I use a small fridge with a Big Apple Herp Proportional Thermostat, a ceramic socket with a regular 60 watt bulb, a muffin fan to circulate the air and a digital thermometer. I incubate ball python eggs and I love my set up.
