this girl has been with a male on and off since mid november.
hasn't eaten since then, though i've offered.
haven't witnessed a lock.
but, here she is today, amid full blown shed phase.
think we've got a prayer ? tell me how ya feel.

she doesnt look gravid to me. I've seen mine lay like that for 2 reasons. When they are gravid to warm their eggs and sometimes when they are in shed. But dont loose all faith. I'll cross my fingers for you!

Something else that occurs during season. When females shed it releases them crazy pheremones and often gets another bout of hookin' up goin'
