So my cornsnake shed yesterday and the tip was still left, but when it finally came off, it was red and irritated. I put neosporin on it, anything else I should do?

Just watch it and keep everything super clean. Don't worry to much unless you see it turn dark, exude serum or other discharge, or swell up.
