White Lipped breeding today.

Tom Keogan Feb 26, 2008 08:16 PM

My White Lipped Pythons just started breeding for the 08 season. I am hoping for some good results. Only time will tell though! Sorry for the crappy picture I did not want to disturb them. I will try and get more in a few days. Enjoy! Tom

BEAUTIFUL white-lips!! I'd love to be notified when the babies hatch; will you be keeping a list of interested folks?

I had a WC white-lip that was a handful, but such a beautiful handful. I'd love to get a CBB baby.

Congrats Tom! Beautiful animals, by the way. Oh, and I really like that picture... you got both heads and the lock-up all in one nice compact shot. I bet they were posing for you.

Tom how big is that pair?? What size prey are you feeding them currently??

Jason

Jason, I have never tried to measure them but I would assume they are in the 5-7 foot range. They have grown a bit since last year, both longer and they have gained a little girth. The male is actually slightly larger. I feed smaller then normal meals to most of my pythons. They are eating weanling sized rats. In my experience it is always better to feed multiple small meals rather then one large meal. I hope that helps. Thanks Tom
