Several folks I know have gotten fertile eggs from 16 year old females and the oldest sucessful male reproduction that I know of was at 20 years old (original SCZ male). That male bred several times later but I can't find records of offspring so I assume he was unsucessful. I had beautiful kids last year from a 16 year old male and a 13 year old female. As long as the animals are healthy and in good weight, I think its worth a try. Thanks Robin
