I would buy a male spider if it were me. You could use it for your killer bee project & also breed it to your normals & get some more spiders either for your collection or to make a couple bucks along the way. Good luck on those killer bees.

I'd get a male for a few reasons. First of all, you can save some cash because he's a male. Second of all, you could breed him to your normal females for some spiders or to sell them. You can then wait until you pastel pair produces a female superpastel and then wait until she grows up, all the while breeding your male spider to whatever you have a available. After that female superpastel is produced, you can wait for her to grow up and while she is, you can breed your male spider to your adult female pastel and make some bees for the next few years. Just some thoughts.

In my opinion I would go and get a male spider because I see that you have a female pastel and you have normal females... So if you bred your male spider to the females you could get your female spider that way....

Go for the male spider! Not only can you save money by getting an 08 male....but by the time your pastel (07) is ready to do the dirty...your male should be more then ready as well. Males dont usually take as long as females to be ready to do the hanky panky (eg..weight and winters).
