Adults can. Their too fatty so I never feed them.

so how big and old would you say an adult is cuz at the end my dragons body right where his tail starts you can feel the 2 hip bones and you can see them but on my other dragon you cant how can i fatten him up?

It's important to put on the right weight not fat. You just need to feed him a nutritious varied diet in larger quantity. I would recommend you try hornworms.
