Just wanted to show my latest project. This is just like the other cooler/transporter I made, but this one is more compact and has a nice design and look to it. I'm going to use this on my herp trips instead of the other one.
This cooler is run on 12v. It will be hooked up on my car's battery via the cig lighter while on the road, and on gel battery while stationed.
I've been running it preset in the low 60's for the past two days with ambient temps in the 80's, and so far the cooler is maintaining that temp very well.
It could also be converted to an on/off incubator by switching it to warm and a simple single wire switch.
