A couple of days ago i posted a message about my little girl and i took the advice and got the eyecaps off. so thats good. Shes still swaying and her tongue doesnt do right and im not quite sure what it means. Please let me know if anyone has any advice. Thanks.

have you considered taking your ball to the vet? You may want them to just check for mouth rot. Also, have you noticed any stargazing (when your snake just looks straight up into the sky and seems to be in a daze)? These could all be signs of something as minor as stress do to a less than perfect habitat to something as major as inclusion body disease (if your snake is stargazing, definitely take her in). I just wouldn't take the chance, you know? Definitely have her looked at by a vet.
