If any of my frogs were to get red leg, what exactly would I be looking for? Do they seriously get a "red leg?" Just tell me what the symptoms are and such, just curious.

Yes they really do get a red sore on there leg. They may become sowlen as well. With theis they will also stop eating.
Causes:
One cause will be if they are burring themselves and always walking on the glass of the aquarium.
The biggest cause of red leg in frogs is the water quality. Ammonia is the #1 cause of red leg. Keep your tank ammonia free ( i.e. replace the water in the dish at least once a day.)
If your frog developes red leg one of the best medications to use is Tetracycline.
