Anery Longicauda, pics and questions.

mountainlyon Mar 01, 2008 01:03 PM

I picked up an anery longicauda, interesting little guy with different behavior than my other boas. He balls up like a ball python, prefers the cool side of the cage, climbs down where others would climb up, ect. I'll have to try to find him a girlfriend in the next year or so, hopefully an unrelated anery.

I'm curious, have anery longicauda ever been bred into other anery morphs, (ghost, snow, ect) like anery nics and colombians have? Are they not true recessive anerythristic? Are they considered taboo to morph.. or just not done yet?

Barely warm enough for a couple quick outside pics

tried to get a shot of the tail

Why don't we hear more about these hardy and unusual boas, are they just that rare?
