What is the cause of this and should I be worried?
I noticed your previous posts about the eye problems. This was likely already mentioned to you at some point but just in case it was missed, there have been cases of light induced conjunctivitis caused by some types of UV bulbs, particularly the coils. I've linked the article that discusses some case histories and the bulbs involved.

Well I went out tonight and came back and it looked like the problem was a shedding thing. Here is the before pic and the after pic side by side.

And I did read up on that article before. I thought it might have to do with my collared, but the UVB light I've been using is the ZooMed Repti-Sun 8 fluorescent tube. This is a new one I bought like a month ago, and the one before that I have been using for about a year.

There is now shedding around BOTH eyes this morning and it looks like underneath the eye there is bulging, sort of like how humans get baggy eyes because of lack of sleep.
This is very frustrating. 2 days ago she was fine, back to health or so it seemed. We've been seeing a vet since December for various reasons and her eyes have always given her a problem. I don't know what else to do. Should I continue on with the eyedrops or go back onto the Baytril or what? The eyedrops I used were gentamycin sulfate and we finished the dosage a few weeks ago..
From a medical perspective, the next step to do is further diagnostics. This might be ultrasound, or visual examination under anesthesia. Both would take extra expertise and special equipment for such a small animal. Because of this (and probably cost... talk to your vet), experimenting with different therapies like what you've already started with the gentamicin and baytril is probably the path to take. Unfortunately, the more "exotic" the problem, the longer it will take for you to find the correct treatment. Trial and error as it is. Perhaps a median to this is just some general diagnostic workup. Blood work might help narrow it down by watching the immune reaction to the problem. Assessing the entire body condition might also give you some keys.

Thanks. I'm going to make a vet appointment and update her on what has been going on. I'm not giving up on my collared, she has fought so hard so far and I need to keep fighting with her!
