funny story (a little of topic but herp related)

gary1 Aug 28, 2003 04:49 AM

last night we were all sitting down eating tea when the phone rings, my dad answered and it was someone from his work, he had just seen a snake in the shop and had no idea what to do.
this is really strange cos we stay in scotland, we have some native snakes here but its to cold for most types, the one he was describing was definately something more exotic. i offered to go up and myself and a guy from the RSPCA tried to catch this thing. it had went behind a big heavy cabinet but when we moved it out it was no where to be seen, i saw a pic of the snake in question but i dont have any idea what it was

just thought it was very strange thing to happen in this country. it was definately someones pet like, no doubt it will scare them again whilst there working away on there bikes lol. if my dad was in i think he wouldve caught it but the 2 guys in the shop at the time were to scared to catch it ha ha

always funny to see a big tough guy sqirm when he sees a snake, men can be so cute just pictured two guys all scared of this lil snake, given caution should always be taken as who knows what kind it actually was, but still, its funny
