childrens python breeding

what size should a female and male childrens python be to breed? i picked up a pair yesterday, and i plan to breeed them in the future. the males probally 8 to 12 inches, and the females 15 to 20 inches? the males supposed to be a yearling, and the female 2 years old.

I have seen childrens breed at 2 years but 3 is more comon. Your male sounds no where near big enough to get the job done and your female is probably pretty borderline. feed them well and they will go for you next year.

12 to 18 inches is like yearling size at best.
