Plano: A reward was offered Sunday for information that leads to charges in relation to a snake stolen from a Plano store.
The three to four-foot-long Emerald Tree Boa was stolen Saturday night; and those working at the store that night believe their surveillance video may have captured the thieves.
At around 8:51 p.m., the camera recorded a male and a female walk in separately. People working at the store that night said they saw the pair in the area of the snake before it disappeared. Employees said the boa has special needs and could die if not taken care of properly.
The store is offering a $250 reward for information that leads to charges and the snake's safe return.
