Belly up??

So I have heard that belly up can mean they are carrying eggs.

I did have the male in with her this year...but with no real intention. I don't even have dates to guage myself. He was minorly interested, but I never saw anything happen. Maybe he was more interested than I thought?

Also, it is only the last portion of her body.

Could this be anything else?
