I was wondering if you could keep leo's in a breeder rack??

Yes you can as long as it is big enough for the gecko and their basic needs (hide boxes, food dish, water dish) actually i'm pretty sure most large scale breeders use the rack system.

Sure can. An ideal size to go with is a 28 - 32 qt container. Just make sure it has a good heating source (Under Tank Heater), humid hide spot, water, vitamins, and constant supply of food. Ditto on the most breeders use this set up, it’s economical and easy to work with. Let me know if you need to know places to buy some.
