This lil' girl doesn't seem too impressed by me...

Very nice. I purchased my first gaigeae not that long ago from Paul Weaver. I do plan to pick up a female sometime in the near future. You didn't happen to get your female gaigeae from the same breeder (Ryan B.) that you picked up your hypo brooks did you? If so, you beat me to the punch, LOL.

Sorry again Steve cause I just did so happen to pull this off just as you'd described! So you just got one from Paul, nice animal -- he has very nice animals!! Well something about a 6 foot glossy black milk that I just couldn't pass on.... and well figured a solo female was too good to pass on! I've just seen everyone else's for too long... just caved.

Sweet picture and congrats on the gaigeae. I'm sure you will love working with them like the rest of us that have them. My female shed yesterday is looking spectacular. Enjoy the color change.

Funny thing Dave, it was after checking out one of your pics that I decided I had to have one... though my lil' girl has some baby milk attitude! As long as she poses for shots -- I'm certain I'll bore everyone with shots of her ontogenetic change... she's lucky actually have no breeding project planned so as of yet she's just a pet. Funny my girlfriend saw her in a deli cup and asked me why I got a normal hondo w/ so much tipping... I just laughed and said the tipping will get alot 'worse' -- she sighed and said I promised to not get any more hondos!!! Hey at least she can sorta identify milks by region!

Hey Doug... up late? LOL... yeah she only ever really inspects the 'pudgy' lil' ones aka'ed as mole kings and brooksi. Otherwise most things go unnoticed. Though I have a solo female MBK that she had to have so this matches in well... although she doesn't know it yet. By the way are you still playing around w/ SFMK's?

LOL!, Yeah, I was up TOO late for sure!,........Chris, I do really wish I still had mine, but I don't. I REALLY think they're cool little animals though. I can't discount the idea of getting some more of those dudes in the near future though..LOL!

that your girlfriend knows enough about snakes to think that was a hondo! She wasn't that far off. Definately a keeper.

Yeah she is Dave... though she has some crazy breeding projects planned herself! I'll stick to the colubrids! Funny side note -- she made me get my first hondos... up until then I only really played around w/ smaller NA milks.
