What is the best first Chameleon? I have Dart frogs, Bearded dragons, UROMASTYX, crested geckos and took care of some pythons.

Veileds or panthers are most commonly recommended to start off with and they are the most readily available.

Males are recommended over females since males can live longer and you don't have reproduction issues with a male either.

Veileds have a reputation for being unfriendly compared to panthers.

Either a veiled or a cbb panther. No cham is really easy compared to the other herps you've kept. Good care info can be found on these sites to help you decide what a cham will take in terms of daily and long term care, habitat, etc.
