I now have number 8 of 21 out of the egg. We named him six because he seems like he had complex about being the 8th and we already have a Henry!
Is it normal to have eggs hatch at such different times? Also, do females normaly double clutch? My female is looking a bit larger than normal..

You didn't post how long it has been since the first egg hatched. In my experience, it's usually only a few days between the first and the last. Assuming that the conditions are the same for each egg. Cooler temps mean the eggs take longer to hatch.

My females seem to average about 4 clutches of eggs per season. A lot depends on the female, her age and weight, and the level of care and nutrition.

The first 6 babies hatched on Feb 25th, the seventh hatched Feb 28th - these were all in the same deli container.
The newest baby, number 8 is from a different deli container and hatched in the late evening of Mar 6th. There are 5 more eggs in that container and all but 2 are still round, plump and have not started sweating. The others should hatch today I think.
In the third deli container, all of the eggs are still plump.
All 3 of the containers are on the same shelf in the incubator which runs at approx 85 deg (there are slight variations but not enough to cause any damage to eggs. This incubator is calibrated every week useing 3 different thermometers. It it regulated with a HELIX control with a probe on each shelf in alternating patterns i.e. shelf 1, to the left, shelf 2,center, and so on..
Thanks for your help.

Since they're all still plump I'd bet there're all still going to hatch. Just a little temperature fluctuation can change the hatch date quite a bit. 3 days for eggs in the same container I don't consider abnormal. I've had that happen before. You'll just have to see and then you can advise us.

Many times, the first few hatchlings running around in the container is what stimulates the other eggs to start hatching. I only have big gaps between hatching eggs when they are in seperate containers.

Thanks guys. I still hae babies poping out here and there. Some started to sweat last night too. I did get to show my son a baby with just it's head out of the egg last night and you could almost feel his inner herper pop out! So far a great experiance as these are the first eggs I have hatched that had legs. The kids arn't into the snakes so much but the dragon are getting the interest up. I can't wait until they see the baby boxies and leos hatch later this spring!
Thanks again,
