last week i posted a pic of my girl doin' this and someone said it was 'cause she was in shed.
here she is again, post-shed this time.
notice the yb pastel male just minding his own business.
any feedback would be appreciated.
she's on the cool side, but at the edge of the heat tape.
she never lays like this out of season.

Have you bred her? If she is building follicles she will seek cool and sometimes lay inverted. I have also seen my males laying inverted before just cooling their belly. If she has bred for you I would say she is starting the process. Keep an eye out for bowl wrapping and later on ovulation.

I had a female do the same thing. She ended up being gravid. The male in with her also mind his own business.
