I've had the same thing happen.
The only thing you can do is place them in your incubator and keep their orientation constant, meaning don't turn them.
They will probably hatch just fine.
Good luck.

the female will typically reject any bad eggs, and not include them in her coils. if you are unsure, go ahead and incubate them. no harm is going to come in having them moved around a bit shortly after laying.
Chad once dropped an egg box of leopard gecko eggs, perhaps 200 eggs total, down a 10 ft flight of stairs. eggs everywhere. he put it back together, at random, and most hatched just fine.
still, i am glad that I WASN'T THE ONE that did it

I have been candling everything and there is usually one side of the egg that shows an internal yellow area(With sparse veins) instead of just the usual red/pink look(more veins)..I then place them yellow side down in the incubator.(Everything has hatched.)
The eggs i've gotten on the expected due dates don't always have a yellow area.(I suspect it's that the yolk hasn't adhered to a side yet.?...In which case i just set it in the way i found it.)
So now,I set them all up that way(,even if it means removing from an adhered clutch, but i mostly see those yellow sided eggs in the clutches with delayed lay dates.)

Here is a picture of them. She was on her 37th day after per shed lay when she dropped.
