When I was reaiding about leopard gecko care, it said that it is good to supplement the diet with 1.3 ratio of herptivite to rep-cal calcium with D3. What does it mean when it says 1.3 ratio?

Ok say.. 1 ounce of herptivite, you would need to add 3 ounces of Vitamin Supplement. So, how ever much herptivite, add 3 times thats much supplement.

Save yourself the hassle and purchase a commercially prepared product designed especially for leos to balance crickets and mealworm nutrition.

not every commercial powder out there is good. Check the labels and find one that lists roughly a 1:3 ratio. Personally, I just keep pure calcium available constantly, and dust food items with herptivite as needed (depending on the age of the leo)
