Macro attempts

EddieF Mar 08, 2008 01:55 PM

Half my 'macro' capacity is just taking pics at high resolution and cropping them. My Olympus 720SW is waterproof, perfect for fishing and takes nice pictures. But I can not get as good macro shots as many others here. But here's Dexter again. Today his feeding response was about the best yet! He got off to a slow start when we first got him, but now he just loves to eat!

Those are great shots Eddie,.......snakes are difficult subjects, and they can frustrate the most "seasoned" pro too. It takes a lot of shots to get a few really good ones. You're doin' fine!,.......aim a strong light source down on the animal if you're inside doing macro stuff, outside does well too. Good lighting usually gives crisper, clearer results that are less dark and blurry.

Keep up the good work!
