Breeders

Does anyone know of any breeders that may have some captive bred C. Collaris at this time or will have some hatchlings later in the year? Any info would be appreciated.

Thanks

think you'ld better be more specific on area/location (and species...) to narrow things down...

And aren't there any breeder-specific forums on Kingsnake (not to chase you, but you might be more lucky there)?

The forum rules prohibit making any kind of lizard deals here. That being said, the breeding season is coming up! Forum members who do breed will post adorable baby pictures, then you can email privately them and see if they are selling any. I see them sometimes in the Kingsnake classifieds, too, just not at the moment. They can be overnight shipped all over the US.

It's still a bit early in the year; for example, my collareds are still snoozin' in a dark and chilly closet. I am planning on waking them in about 3 weeks. Were I lucky enough to have a successful clutch, I would estimate it takes about 4 months from the time of breeding before a baby is big enough for shipping. If you want a captive-bred hatchling, you may have to be patient.

We may have all come on different ships, but we're in the same boat now.
