So, here is my new girl. She is a Tremper Albino and weighed in at about 22 grams.
How does she look?
I thought perhaps her tail was a little on the slim side...?

It is a little on the 'slim' side. What size is she?

The OP said she's 22 grams; that makes her a juvenile, which says to me that it's fine that her tail doesn't look fat like you'd expect on an adult; it's certainly not rail thin like you see on sick or malnourished geckos. Juveniles use up most of their calories growing, so they don't typically get fattened up very quickly. My girl put on an extra 15 grams after she reached adult length, so unless you see that tail getting thinner, you probably don't have much to worry about. Just make sure you're feeding her as much as she wants to eat - it's basically impossible to overfeed a juvenile.

It would be a good guess that she's a juvi, but do you know the hatch date or something approximating her age?
